Brittany Bartkowiak is an experienced civil litigator who focuses her practice assisting clients with various issues in construction, contracts, collections, and business disputes. Brittany strives to provide her clients with zealous representation and quality legal work. Her clients appreciate her straightforward approach, dedication, and sincere candor. Brittany spends time ensuring that her clients understand the legal process and what rights and remedies to which they may be entitled.

Brittany is also a Rule 31 listed Mediator and finds the value in helping parties reach a satisfactory resolution with creativity in a faster and more cost-efficient manner, that may not be available through drawn out litigation.

Brittany is an active member of the Williamson County Bar Association and has enjoyed serving on its Executive Board. She makes it a priority to build relationships with other attorneys, colleagues, and judges. Brittany volunteers her time each year to the local district High School Mock Trial competition.

Brittany and her husband and kids live in Franklin, Tennessee. Outside of work, Brittany enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, reading, and attending sporting events.
